Seismic/Anchoring: <br />Tank anchorage is specifically designed for lines• and crosslinked polyethylene <br />Links, and consists of bolts or metal clips anchored to the concrete foundation <br />pad, with cables running between the clip and hold downs on the top of the tank. <br />These are designed by a civillstructural engineering foul, and arc purchased from <br />the tank manufacturer, Poly Processing Co. <br />Seismic/Anchoring findings: The tanks as designed and operated, and the containment <br />areas in which they are located, are adequately anchored and are seismically sound. <br />Initials: oq'11 <br />Leak Test: <br />A leak test was conducted by filling the tank with wastewater and inspecting for <br />leaks.
