We are still locating the <br /> consolidated manifest paperwork for December 2016 to August 2017. <br /> Violation 301: <br /> Inside of the shop the one 400-gallon tank with hydraulic oil accumulating on top of the tank was cleaned using <br /> absorbent, and absorbent pads for initial cleanup process, followed by simple green and shop towels.After use of <br /> absorbent and absorbent (pads)the product was then disposed into each of their right containment.Absorbent (pads) <br /> were stored into the 55-gallon drum, labeled. The shop towel was used with simple green,then went to the dirty shop <br /> towel bin. Same process was used for motor oil. Dirty towel bin is serviced weekly by Aramark Industries. <br /> Multiple stains found on floor have been cleaned with absorbent.Then disposed into the used 55-gallon used absorbent <br /> drum. <br /> One bag of grease on the floor of the shop was properly placed back into its container with the lid closed. <br /> Two trash cans with used oil accumulating inside of them were cleaned out with absorbent and then disposed into the <br /> used 55-gallon used absorbent drum. <br /> The 1000-gallon used oil tank has had a very deep cleaning of the area. Used absorbent and absorbent pads.Absorbent <br /> (pads)was disposed into the 55-gallon used absorbent drum. Followed by simple green and shop towels for the final <br /> cleanup.The shop towels were disposed into the dirty towel bin. <br /> Both 55-gallon drum with fluid accumulating onto the top were cleaned using the absorbent pads to initial and followed <br /> by simple green and shop towels.The Absorbent (pad)were both placed into the Used Absorbent drum. Shop towels <br /> was placed into the dirty towel bin. <br /> Used oil and absorbent in and around the hazardous waste storage area and table were thoroughly cleaned with the <br /> following process. Absorbent (pads)followed by simple green and shop towels.And then properly disposed into each <br /> owns right containment. <br /> All waste is generated is being managed with inspections checklist.Already sent pictures of new poly funnel lids. <br /> Violation 301: <br /> Attached photos of south side of the facility near entrance of facility.
