Near blue lift truck near manholes leading to oil water separator. Photos 301c. <br /> Multiple heavy stains observed on the asphalt. Overview of entrance all stains cleared. Photos 301d-301f. <br /> Due to recent storm the following is clumps of mud located on the surface. <br /> Violation 303: <br /> Secondary containment was cleaned out using absorbent pads followed by simple green and shop towels.The absorbent <br /> pads were placed into the used absorbent drum. Shop towels that were contaminated with simple green into the dirty <br /> shop towel bin. <br /> Violation 403: <br /> Follow up response to the 5 gallon buckets were drained into the used oil 1000 gallon tank.Then using absorbent (pads) <br /> followed by cleaning with shop towels and simple green.Then properly dispersed to each own's containment. 5 gallon <br /> buckets are being used for our hose drain program with absorbent in bottom of bucket with lids.All 5 gallon buckets <br /> have lids secured on top of them. With empty daily and are labeled. Pictures to follow. All employees were notified that <br /> all hazardous waste containers are to remain closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> Violation 403: <br /> Attached photos of buckets w/lid and purpose of use. Photos 401a-403c <br /> Violation 406: <br /> The ten empty 55 gallon drums found outside in the south side of the facility. Which were expelled new anti-freeze <br /> drums/used absorbent.These will be rotated or taken away by Safety Clean on a 90 day rotation.This is scheduled to <br /> happen late this week. Documentation will be sent over at that time. We do not have an empty date. We only date our <br /> accumulation start date,followed with a new hazardous waste label on when the accumulation begins again. Other <br /> drums were installed in our program and labeled accordingly. <br /> Violation 507: <br /> The calendar for daily tank and hazardous storage area with lamination and dry erase markers is stationary for area. We <br /> have a hard copy that is also being signed daily. We are storing our hard copy records. In file system. <br /> Violation 605: <br /> Photos are attached per request. <br /> Violation 608: <br /> Used metal oil filters are being managed as hazardous waste.
