This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 1-1-2018 to 11-16-2020 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil, used antifreeze, used paper oil filters, used absorbent.
