A N J O A Q U IN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> D&D LIFT LLC 3820 RHONDA WAY, TRACY November 16, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> -Operator was unable to provided consolidated manifest for the past three years. Operator stated that manager that <br /> had access to the manifest was not in today. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 11-16-2017 to 11-16-2020 for <br /> all hazardous waste including used oil, used antifreeze, used absorbent. Provide these records and a corrective <br /> action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following was observed in the non-operable forklift area located in north end of facility: <br /> -One orange fork lift observed with used oil stains accumulating on ground underneath. <br /> The following was observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One 15-gallon container with used oil observed with used oil accumulating on lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately, clean oil stains and accumulating used oil. Manage the waste according to <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
