A N J O A Q U IN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> D&D LIFT LLC 3820 RHONDA WAY, TRACY November 16, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following was observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One secondary containment for two 55-gallon containers with used antifreeze observed with approximately 2 <br /> inches of used antifreeze accumulating inside. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility spill control equipment shall be maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment for used antifreeze into proper working order by <br /> removing the liquid in the secondary containment and placing in the proper waste container. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Empty HW or HM container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following empty containers were observed in the empty container accumulation area: <br /> -Five empty 55-gallon containers observed lacking empty date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
