The <br /> Presence of gasoline upon the groundwater surface confirmed a release had occurred. Soil and <br /> groundwater samples were collected at this time to identify the motor fuel products involved. All <br /> samples were submitted to a state certified laboratory for analysis. Analytical results are pending. <br /> Notification of the wlease was provided by Chevron within twenty four hours by telephone to <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services on November 8, 1995. <br /> Investigation of the release began with field inspections during UST removal activities on <br /> November 7, 1995. Immediate measures to stop the release were taken by removing all UST's <br /> and associated piping. No emergency conditions were present. <br /> 2652(c) An Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak)Contamination Site Report <br /> (attached)was submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services. In addition to the <br /> information provided on that report,the following are presented to satisfy all requirements of this <br /> subsection: <br /> (1) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (2) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (3) see attached unauthorized release report <br />
