INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr Bob Yamada of Yamada Brothers, Inc , Advanced <br />' GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 15406 <br /> South Tracy Boulevard, Stockton, California (site) The scope of work included quarterly ground <br />' water monitoring, purge-water disposal, and resurveying of monitoring wells The location of the <br /> site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Structures and monitoring well <br /> locations on the site are illustrated on Figure 2 Background information is summarized in <br />' Appendix A <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Field work was performed in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br />' Board(RWQCB)and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)guidelines for <br /> investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites and sampling ground water monitoring wells, <br /> lirespectively <br /> 2 1 QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING EVENTS <br /> AGEP ersonnel monitored and sampled monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-3 and domestic well <br /> DW-1 on 16 December 2003 and 25 March 2004 <br />' 2 1 1 Well Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> A Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water to the nearest 0 01 foot <br />' in the three wells relative to the tops of the well casings (well heads) The ground water elevations <br /> and gradient were determined from this data (Table 1) <br />' After recording water level measurements, dedicated, disposable plastic bailers were used to purge <br /> the monitoring wells of water Approximately seven to ten gallons of water were removed from each <br /> well(approximately 3 casing-water volumes) Ground water temperature,pH and conductivity were <br />' measured at regular intervals during the purge process using an Oakton water analyzer Field data <br /> sheets are included in Appendix D Purged water was stored on site in labeled, 55-gallon DOT- <br /> approved drums <br /> I <br /> i <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
