SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Based upon data collected from the site, AGE concludes the following • The ground water gradient was calculated to be 0 0027 ft/ft directed S 16° E • Based on the lack of detectable concentrations of TPH-g and BTEX compounds from previous sampling events,PHS-EHD personnel directed AGE to discontinue the analysis for the above mentioned analytes in the ground water samples collected from the April 2000 samphng event • TPH-d was not detected above laboratory reporting limits in any of the ground water samples collected and analyzed • MTBE was detected at concentrations as high as 9 1 ppb in monitoring well MW-3, exceeding the State of California's secondary MCL of 5 ppb, but not exceeding the State of California's action level of 13 ppb 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends • An additional ground water monitoring event to fiu-ther assess the concentrations of MTBE The next quarterly monitoring event should be scheduled for July 2000 6.0.
