r ACTIVITY on -June 1, 1990, the three groundwater monitoring wells were- bailed down, allowed to recover to about 900.; of the standing water level and samples collected for testing. The general procedures followed are as follows: Canonie Environmental Laboratory supplied all equipment for baiIing, measuring water level and talking water samples for testing. CEL also made all pH and temperature measurements and � collected all samples .
