rrr <br /> • 31 August 2004 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0141 <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br /> 3 3 WELL DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY <br /> Following installation, each well will be developed to maximize water flow and minimize the <br /> amount of fine-grained sediment drawn into the well during pumping or bailing After development, <br /> the top of each well casing(well head)will be surveyed to determine its elevation relative to mean <br /> sea level Procedures for well installation,development and survey are presented in Sections 4 2 and <br /> 4 3 , respectively <br /> 3 4 GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitonng and sampling events for each newly installed ground water monitoring <br /> well will be conducted on a quarterly basis until CVRWQCB approval or direction to do otherwise <br /> Ground water monitoring will include recording depth to ground water measurements, properly <br /> purging ground water monitoring wells and collection of ground water samples Ground water <br /> sample collection procedures are described in the AGE-prepared, EHD-approved Monitoring Well <br /> Installation Work Plan, dated 24 March 2000 <br /> • Ground water samples will be analyzed by a DHS-certified laboratory for the following constituents <br /> • TPH-g in accordance with EPA Method 8015 Modified/5030, <br /> • BTEX in accordance with EPA Method 826013, and <br /> • Fuel additives including DIPE, ETBE, MTBE, TAME, TBA, ethanol, methanol, EDB and <br /> 1,2-DCA in accordance with EPA Method 8260B <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analyses,testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC)reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a report <br /> with the findings and recommendations <br /> 35 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Following the completion of the proposed scope of work, a report will be prepared presenting the <br /> findings The report will include a description of work performed and the results of the <br /> soil/groundwater sampling and analysis Conclusions and recommendations will also be included <br /> in the reports,if applicable The report will be in a format acceptable to the EHD and the CRWQCB <br /> guidelines, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental,Inc <br />
