filtered product; adding additional new lubricant as required to bring it up to capacity. At the time of your
inspection, the container for used lubricant was adjacent to the threading machine. It should be noted that
since 2017 to date, the total volume of unusable, used lubricant in the container was less than one cup.
Your item#5: Due the overwhelming volume of business generated by the Covid 19 situation and our
position as an "Essential Provider"; our hazardous materials locker was grossly overrun. That situation has
already been remedied, inventory assessed, product donated to staff, the Stockton Children's Home, and other
non-profits/charities. What could not be used or donated will be disposed of according to proper protocols.
Your item#6: We have on-site several Emergency Spill Kits, including a commercial system that includes a
30 gallon drum, absorbents, spill dams, etc. Picture attached. That particular system has not been used in the
two years we have had it. What we use are the Emergency Spill Kits we assembled and are located around the
store and warehouse. These consist of 5 gallon buckets filled with absorbent material, and paper towels. Since
2017, I believe we have used two of these kits for minor spills. Since our spills generate far less than one
gallon in cleanup material -usually one or two cups - we will need some guidance as to proper disposal of such
small amounts of waste. At this time, these minor spills are being cleaned up and disposed of the trash.
Your item#713: Used fluorescent lamps: we have discontinued our policy of accepting used lamps. Due to
the staffing shortages created by the current pandemic situation, we have been negligent in properly disposing
of the lamps in our possession. That is being addressed at this time.
Respectfully,
Bill Stoermer
Owner
s
