Item 104
Previously answered. Plan mailed to EHD.
Item 105
Previously answered.
Item 106
Previously answered and documentation of training submitted to EHD.
Item 110
We worked with Sims Recycling and they were unable to provide us with evidence of
disposal as we dumped waste as a general consumer. Moving forward we will obtain
evidence of waste disposal for our records.
Item 113
As previously stated, unusable cutting oil is minimal. Since 2017 we have collected less
than one quart of unusable cutting oil. We have discontinued previous practice of simply
turning it into our local mechanic for disposal. Moving forward, we will solicit and
retain manifest receipts of disposal.
Item 713
It was determined that we had 18 eight-foot florescent bulbs, 36 four-foot bulbs, nine
misc. size bulbs and 6 circular bulbs. Because we still have not received our EPA waste
ID number, we are unable to register as a Small Waste Generator with San Joaquin
County.
These will be disposed of the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste
Consolidation Facility (HHW) located at 7850 R A Bridgeford Street.
July 20, 2020 Update: We received our EPA ID #this morning and have applied at of a
Small Quantity Generator with San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste
Consolidation Facility (HHW) located at 7850 R A Bridgeford Street.
We will no longer be accepting consumer florescent bulbs moving forward.
Item 715
As previously stated, and observed by EHD staff, no disposal of used fluorescent bulbs
had taken place in the previous three years. They were still located inside the UW bin.
