Hey Zuna,
From our conversation, it was determined that at the request of the San Joaquin County EHD 7-Eleven will work to
submit a response to any and all agency inspections issues within 30 days of receipt, even if there are items still needing
to be addressed (i.e. repairs requiring a permit),versus waiting for confirmation of closure of all issues. Once addressed,
an additional communication (email, phone call, letter, etc.)will be had with, or sent to,the EHD inspector to confirm
closure of those pending item(s).
I believe this summarizes what we discussed. Can you confirm it is what you were expecting to close out your
9/17/2018 inspection?
Thanks,
Stephen K.Boyd
Regional Manager,Gasoline Compliance
Phone#(714)771-5484
From: Valburg, Ethan
Sent: Wednesday, October 3, 2018 3:49 PM
To: Boyd, Stephen <Stephen.Boyd @7-11.com>
Subject: FW: inspection reports
fyi
Thanks,
Ethan Valburg
Regional Environmental Compliance Specialist
Northern California -Sacramento
714-253-6491
From: Zuna J. Although I agree with the
fact that for the fuel filter violation, it required time and approval from EHD (for which a permit was taken out within the
30 day time frame) and the CERS corrections were addressed through a CERS submittal the following violation:
Item 3: During your inspection you were unable to locate a copy of the most recent/approved monitoring plan
in the store records.
2
