Resolution 3: The most current/approved monitoring plan was on site for review in electronic format in the 7- <br /> Eleven Efile Cabinet. Also, a copy of the newly updated monitoring plan will be delivered to the store and <br /> added to the store's electronic file following approval from the EHD. <br /> Was not addressed until 11/3/2017, for which I cited violation 121 during the 9/17/18 routine inspection. If you could <br /> provide me proof that"item 3" as listed above,was addressed within the 30 day time frame, I will amend the repot and <br /> remove the violation.
