The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA as of June 12, 2020. <br />Open violations from February 25, 2020 inspection <br />of this section has been given to, and completed by, each employee. <br />(e) The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training <br />records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br />Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br />time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br />topics, date of training, job title, name of employee, written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br />signed (or certified) record that documents the training. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #118 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from years 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for hazardous wastes <br />including used oil, oil filters, and oily absorbent were not found on site during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 <br />and maintain them on site.
