The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA as of June 12, 2020. <br />Open violations from February 25, 2020 inspection <br />Violation #124 - Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OBSERVATION This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br />website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br />CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />within 30 days. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #501 - Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br />OBSERVATION At the used oil collection area, the 290 gallon hazardous waste tank storing used oil had a <br />hazardous waste label that fell off the tank. The label was missing the accumulation start date and the words <br />"Hazardous Waste." <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the <br />accumulation start date. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tank with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation <br />start date. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Page 5 of 10 <br />
