The newly discovered tank was located <br /> east of the inventoried tank and was removed first . The tank <br /> contained water and some soil and pebbles . This was removed and <br /> manifested as 95334474 to Evergreen. The LEL was 8% and the oxygen <br /> was 7% . Erickson designated the tank as 17246 . The tank showed <br /> signs of corrosion. <br /> The second tank had 1% LEL and 1% oxygen. The west end, away from <br /> the fill , had two holes, approximately 1/16 to 1/8 inch diameter, <br /> near the bottom of the tank. This tank showed signs of rusting. <br /> Erickson designated this tank as 17247 . Both tanks were manifested <br /> to Erickson as 95893857 .
