The purpose of this investigation is to <br /> address the soil contamination at the former tank area as required in the County letter to Mr. <br /> Bradd Stately of RMC Lonestar and dated September 16, 1993. <br /> AllWest is currently preparing a workplan describing the element, methodology, and schedule <br /> of the proposed subsurface investigation.
