The due date for the submittal of the CAP for this site <br /> was February 28, 1994. As of this date, PHS/EHD has not received a CAP for this site. In addition, <br /> the last submittal wasa status report for the second quarter of 1994. <br /> In order to proceed with progress towards site closure and to avoid costly enforcement action against <br /> you, at this time please initiate the work as specified in the November 22, 1993 letter.. A CAP shall be <br /> submitted to this office within 90 days from the date of this letter. <br /> In addition, please reinstate quarterly monitoring of the wells at the site. This information is . <br /> needed to determine the effects, if any, of the action of the natural processes on the contamination at <br /> the site. This data, used in conjunction with fate and transport models, should be used comparatively h <br /> with the data from the!feasibility studies to be conducted at the site.
