This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 5-13-2017 to 5-13-2020 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil and used oil filters. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to <br /> the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 5-13-2017 to 5-13-2020 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil and used oil filters.
