B . Proposed Fence Regulations : <br /> 1 . Agricultural Zones : <br /> A fence cannot exceed the following heights : <br /> (a) Three feet above the road crown on corner lots for <br /> the triangular 30-foot area (snipe) at the road <br /> intersection. <br /> (b) Three feet in any other front or street side yard, <br /> except that an open fence up to six feet in height <br /> may be permitted as long as any gate is recessed a <br /> minimum of ten feet from the property line . <br /> (c) Six feet in any other required yard for parcels under <br /> 20 acres in size , or eight feet in any other required <br /> yard for parcels 20 acres and over in size . <br /> 2 .
