The six ( 6) foot fence height limit may be waived for tennis courts, as long as the tennis court is located in a side or rear yard and open type fencing material is used. (c) Levees . The height of any fence located at the toe of a levee may be increased to eight feet subject to the review and approval of the Director . (d) Fences Adjacent to "Restricted" or "Non-Access" Property. A fence Rp to six (6) feet in height may be constructed at the property line when that line is shown as "restricted" or "non-access" on a recorded map, subject to the review and approval of the Director . (el Exceptions for Landscaping. Landscaping can be used to pro- vide visual screening and fencing in any yard in an agri- cultural or residential zone as long as safe sight distance is provided.
