of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby added to read as follows: SECTION 9-5011 . FENCE REGULATIONS . (a) Fences are permitted, but not required, and are subject to the following height limitations : ( 1 ) Three feet above the road crown on corner lots for the triangular 30-foot area (snipe) at the road intersection. Three feet in any other front or street sideay rd, except that an open fence up to six feet in ,height may be permitted as long as any gate or entrance is recessed a minimum of ten feet from the property line . (3) Six feet in any other required yard. (b) The following provisions qualify or amend the fence regula- tions specified in Subsection (a) - (1 ) Section 9-3233 : Special fence requirements. SECTION Section 9-5109 , Chapter 2 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby added to read as follows : SECTION 9-5109. FENCE REGULATIONS.
