TA-86-2 (FENCE REGULATIONS ) OF THE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PLANNING DIVISION to amend the Planning Title of <br /> San Joaquin County to modify fence regulations in the agricultural and <br /> residential zones. Applicable Countywide. Continued from August 20, <br /> 1987. <br /> Bruce Baracco, Senior Planner, introduced a staff report into the <br /> record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> PROPONENTS/OPPONENTS: Bill Morgan, President of the Morada Homeowners <br /> Association, said he concurred with the findings of the Fence <br /> Subcommittee. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gabbard/Carter ) and carried by a vote of 7-0 <br /> to: <br /> 1. Recommend that the Board of Supervisor adopt by reference the <br /> Negative Declaration prepared for TA-87-8 (Miscellaneous Text <br /> Amendments) ; and <br /> 2. Forward TA-86-2 to the Board of Supervisors with a recommen- <br /> dation to approve the Text Amendment based on the Bases for <br /> Recommendation listed in the staff report. <br /> The Commission noted that this Text Amendment was based upon the <br /> direction -of the Board of Supervisors. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------ <br /> _1_ MINUTES; PC; 11-5-87 <br />
