PC: 6-3-93 <br /> GP-93-3/ZR-93-4 <br /> PROJECT ANALYSIS <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On July 29, 1992, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2010 General Plan with <br /> associated maps and the Development Title and its associated zoning maps. <br /> During the process of encoding the General Plan map and Zoning map information into the department's <br /> data base, two types of areas requiring change were discovered. First, there are areas where the <br /> County's General Plan consultant did not acknowledge past General Plan,zoning, and land use decisions. <br /> Second, there are areas of recent General Plan, zoning, and land use approvals that were not transferred <br /> to the new Plan and zoning before adoption. <br /> DETAILED PROJECT ANALYSIS <br /> SPECIFIC AREA (LISTING NUMBER): <br /> Attachment 'A,' enclosed, is a collection of maps showing the proposed map changes. <br /> Listing No. SJO01 APN: 055-160-48. <br /> Location: On the south side of State Route 12, west of Ray Road, west of Lodi. <br /> Description: To amend the General Plan and rezone from General Agriculture to Truck <br /> Terminal. <br /> Analysis: This change is being recommended to recognize a recent Board of Supervisors <br /> action. <br /> Land Use: Two agricultural buildings. <br /> Correspondence: None. <br /> Listing No. SJO02 APN: 017-040-07. <br /> Location: On the south side of Peltier Road, east of State Route 99, north of Lodi. <br /> Description: To amend the General Plan and rezone from General Agriculture to Truck <br /> Terminal. <br /> Analysis: This change is being recommended to recognize a recent Board of Supervisors <br /> action. <br /> Land Use: Office and shop building. <br /> -8- <br />
