ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN, RELATIVE TO CHAPTERS 9-110, 9-115, 9-235, 9-310, 9-315, 9-405, 9-505, 9-610, 9-851, 9-896, <br /> 9-1015, 9-1020, 9-1405, 9-1605, 9-1705, 9-1710, 9-1905, AND 9-1920; CONCERNING CHANGES IN <br /> DEFINITIONS, THE USE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM, NON-CONFORMITY PROVISIONS, RESIDENTIAL <br /> ZONES, COMMERCIAL ZONES, INDUSTRIAL ZONES, AGRICULTURAL ZONES, AGRICULTURAL <br /> EXCAVATION PERMITS, TREE MANAGEMENT PERMITS, PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS, <br /> LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS, GRADING AND EXCAVATION PROVISIONS, FLOOD HAZARDS, SIGN <br /> REGULATIONS, AND ENFORCEMENT REGULATIONS. <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 9-110, Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is <br /> hereby amended by the addition of 'involuntary abatement' and 'voluntary abatement' to the definitions <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Abatement, Involuntary. 'Involuntary abatement' means the removal of a nuisance as a result of <br /> an action performed by, under the direction of, or at the initial expense of the County of San <br /> Joaquin. <br /> Abatement, Voluntary. 'Voluntary abatement' means the abatement or removal of a violation by <br /> the owner or designee after notification by the enforcement agency that such violation exists and <br /> must be abated. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 9-115.415, Chapter 9-115, Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-115.415 Custom Manufacturing. The Custom Manufacturing use type refers to the on- <br /> site production of goods by hand manufacturing or artistic endeavor which involves only the use <br /> of hand tools or demestin small mechanical equipment <br /> (13) kilowatt , and the incidental sale of these goods directly to consumers. Typical uses include <br /> ceramic studios, candle making shops, and custom jewelry manufacturers. <br /> SECTION 3. Section 9-235.6, Chapter 9-235, Division 2, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection (a)(1) and (a)(5) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-235.6 Non-Conforming Use of a Structure.
