Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection (a) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-235.7 Non-Conforming Structure. A non-conforming structure shall be subject to the <br /> provisions of this Section. <br /> (a) Continuation. <br /> (1) Such structure may not be enlarged or altered, except as specifically provided for <br /> by this Chapter; <br /> (2) Should such structure be destroyed or damaged by aaY Maas fire, flood, wind, <br /> earthquake, or other calamity or act of God or the public enemy, to QA A)dAnt <br /> More thap fi#y (50) perrent of its FepiaGem@At cost, it 9--h;-;ll AQ-t 130 <br /> it may be restored to the <br /> extent to which it existed at the time of the damage or destruction, provided that <br /> such restoration is started within a period of one (1) Year and is diligently <br /> pursued to completion. <br /> (3) Should such structure be moved for any reason for any distance whatever,it shall <br /> thereafter conform to the regulations for the zone in which it is located; <br /> prov <br /> �} Such structure, may be enlarged, remodeled, or <br /> repaired, provided such action does not increase its non-conformity; and <br /> L51 EC4 Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to prevent the strengthening or restoring <br /> a safe condition of any building or part thereof declared to be unsafe by any <br /> county or state official charged with protecting the public health or safety, upon <br /> order of such official. <br /> SECTION 5. Section 9-310.2, Chapter 9-310, Division 3, Title-9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection (a) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-310.3 Lot Size. <br /> (a) Standards. Unless otherwise specified,stamiard minimum lot sizes within the Residential <br /> Zones shall be as set forth in Table 9-310.3. Lot sizes shall meet General Plan densities. <br /> -8- <br />
