Chapter 9-505 is hereby added to Division 5, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-505.5. Special Use Regulations in Industrial Zones. In addition to the provisions of <br /> Sections 9-505.2 through 9-505.4, the following regulations shall apply to Industrial Zones: <br /> Lai Unless the use type is more restrictive, a Site Approval (Section 9-818) is required for any <br /> industrial use that is: <br /> (1) Six thousand (6000) feet or greater in ground floor area; <br /> (2) Occupies ten (10) or more acres of site area; or <br /> Not served by a public wastewater treatment plant, public water system, and a <br /> public drainage system. <br /> Any change in an existing industrial use to a new industrial use which requires either a <br /> Site Approval or an Improvement Plan shall be permitted without a Site Approval or <br /> Improvement Plan, provided the Review Authority finds that the proposed use is less <br /> detrimental to or will have no greater impact in, the zone than the existing use. <br /> SECTION 13. Table 9-505.2, Chapter 9-505, Division 5, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending the Table Note to read as follows: <br /> Table 9-505.2: Uses in Industrial Zones <br /> Note: <br /> SECTION 14.
