Section 9-1905.5 Recovery of Enforcement Costs. The County shall be reimbursed for all time, services, and materials needed to abate a violation of this Division. The hourly rate used to compute time spent to investigate, document, and abate a violation shall be the actual costs. The enforcement agency is entitled to recover all cost associated with the voluntary and involuntary abatement of violations. SECTION 29. Section 9-1910.6, Chapter 9-1910, Division 19, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection (c) to read as follows: Section 9-1910.6 Abandoned Vehicle Removal Procedures. (c) Appeals. (1) The owner of the vehicle and/or the owner of the property may file this appeal. (2) When an appeal is heard by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to Section 8- 5100, any violation of Chapter 9-1910 of this Title included in the Notice of Violation shall be heard by the Board of Supervisors. SECTION 30. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage fhereof, shall be published once (1) In the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same.
