<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN
<br /> JOAQUIN, RELATIVE TO CHAPTERS 9-110, 9-115, 9-240, 9-305, 9-310, 9-405, 9-505, 9-605, 9-610, 9-705,
<br /> 9-884, 9-905, 9-910, 9-915, 9-1010, 9-1020, 9-1025, 9-1100, 9-1505, 9-1810; CONCERNING CHANGES IN
<br /> DEFINITIONS,THE USE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM,FEES,RESIDENTIAL ZONES,COMMERCIAL ZONES,
<br /> INDUSTRIAL ZONES, AGRICULTURAL ZONES, SPECIAL PURPOSE ZONES, IMPROVEMENT PLANS,
<br /> SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, YARD REGULATIONS, LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS; NOISE; OFF-SITE
<br /> RIGHTS-OF-WAY; PERMITTED USES UNDER THE WIWAMSON ACT.
<br /> SECTION _. Chapter 9-110, Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is
<br /> hereby amended to read as follows:
<br /> Building, Accessory. 'Accessory building' means a subordinate building which is an incidental
<br /> and related use to that of the main building or main use of the land on the same lot.
<br /> Condominiums. 'Condominium' means
<br /> a structure as defined in Civil Code Section 1350.
<br /> Grade. 'Grade' means the elevation of a specified surface
<br /> or the degree of rise or descent of a sloping surface.
<br /> Hotel. 'Hotel' means a building containing guestrooms which providing
<br /> lodging, with or without meals,for compensation,without and which do not have cooking facilities
<br /> in rooms or suites.
<br /> SECTION . Section Section 9-115.130, Chapter 9-115, Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County
<br /> Ordinance Code is hereby deleted:

<br /> SECTION . Section Section 9-115.375, Chapter 9-115, Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County
<br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br /> Section 9-115.375 Building Maintenance Services. The Building Maintenance Services use type
<br /> refers to the provision of maintenance and custodial services. Typical uses include janitorial,
<br /> and window cleaning services.
<br /> SECTION_. Section 9-115.500, Chapter 9-115,�Division 1, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County
<br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-115.500(c) to read as follows:
<br /> Section 9-115.500 Nursery Sales and Services.
<br /> (c) Landscaping Services Services involving the installation or maintenance of plant and
<br /> garden materials Typical uses include tree trimming sod laving, and lawn and garden
<br /> maintenance.
