7 T SECTION _. Section 9-235.7, Chapter 9-235, Division 2, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-235.7(a)(7) to read as follows: Section 9-235.7 Non-Conforming Structure. A Non-conforming development shall be subject to the provisions of this Section. (a) Continuation. Any non-conforming structure may be continued as long as it remains otherwise lawful, subject to the following provisions: 7� Such structure if it is a commercial or industrial building, may be added to or enlarged within the yard setback area provided such additions do not increase such nonconformity and provided the expansion does not increase the linear measurement of the portion of the building within the setback area by more than 100 percent Expansions greater than 100 percent require an approved Site Approval.
