SECTION _. Section 9-235.7, Chapter 9-235, Division 2, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-235.7(a)(7) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-235.7 Non-Conforming Structure. A Non-conforming development shall be subject to <br /> the provisions of this Section. <br /> (a) Continuation. Any non-conforming structure may be continued as long as it remains <br /> otherwise lawful, subject to the following provisions: <br /> 7M Such structure if it is a commercial or industrial building, may be added to or <br /> enlarged within the yard setback area provided such additions do not increase <br /> such nonconformity and provided the expansion does not increase the linear <br /> measurement of the portion of the building within the setback area by more than <br /> 100 percent Expansions greater than 100 percent require an approved Site <br /> Approval. <br /> SECTION_.
