( f ) fiet Highway Service Area Outside of Centers . Sewage disposal <br /> shall be provided by a wastewater treatment plant serving the <br /> entire quadrant of the interchange . A public system shall be <br /> required when more than one parcel in the quadrant may be <br /> developed. In this event , a County Service Area or other <br /> similar district shall be formed to maintain, operate , and <br /> improve the system; <br /> (q) {f-}- Rural Residential Area. Sewage disposal may be provided by <br /> septic tanks ; <br /> (h) tgt Commercial Recreation Area. Sewage disposal may be provided <br /> by septic tanks ; <br /> LZ fht Agricultural Area. Sewage disposal may be provided by septic <br /> tanks ; <br /> _Ljj t7±-t The sewage disposal facilities and services specified for <br /> each geographical area, however , shall not be mandatory in <br /> the following instances : <br /> ( 1 ) Subdivsions proposed in areas that have an agricultural <br /> zoning classification; <br /> ( 2 ) Subdivisions on properties that are developed with <br /> structures . Excluding an undeveloped, designated <br /> remainder parcel , each proposed parcel shall contain <br /> existing primary buildings or structures . For an unde- <br /> veloped, designated remainder parcel , fulfillment of the <br /> requirements specified in this section shall be required <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit . <br /> TA-89-5 ( 2nd Draft ) - 2 - ( 9-14-89 ) <br />
