A Development Agreement may be amended, or canceled in whole or inap rt, hy mutual consent of the parties to the Ac,Zreement or their successors in interest. An Agreement shall be amended or canceled using the same process as was used for its adoption. SECTION 9-11010 . 6 . STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS . _Lai Modification or Suspension. In the event that State or Federal laws or regulations, enacted after a Development Agreement has been entered into, prevent or preclude compliance with one ( 1 ) or more of the provisions of the Development Agreement , such provisions of the _Agreement shall be modified or suspended as may be necessary to comply with such State or Federal laws or regulations ; (b) Action. Anv action pursuant to this Section shall be taken 12y the Board of Supervisors at a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing shall be noticed pursuant to the notification requirements of Section 9-1108 . SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen ( 15) days from the passage thereof , shall be published once ( 1 ) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting. for and against the same .
