SECTION 7 Section 9-9134, Chapter 5, Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (b) to read as follows: (b) Expiration Date. the tentative map which has been approved or conditionally approved shall expire thirty-six (36) months after the date of its approval or conditional approval . The review authority may grant an extension of the expiration date for a period or periods not to exceed a total of one ( i ) three (3) years. Such request for extension shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Planning Division prior to the expiration date. Upon the application j?y the sub- divider to extend that map, the map shall automatically be extended for sixty 60 days or until the application for the extension is approved, conditionally approved, or denied, whichever occurs first . If the review authority denies a subdivider ' s application for extension, the subdivider may appeal the decision within fifteen ( 15) days after the review authority has denied the extension; SECTION 8 Section 9-9184, Chapter 7 , Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subseciton (b) to read as follows: (b) Expiration Date.
