The 11ft'.., <br /> muLu cL=ct of pincels crmited ander the —IS of this <br /> SECTION Section 9-9134, Chapter 5, Division 9, Title 9, <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending <br /> Subsection (b) to read as follows: <br /> (b) Expiration Date. the tentative map which has been approved <br /> or conditionally approved shall expire thirty-six (36) months <br /> after the date of its approval or conditional approval . The <br /> review authority may grant an extension of the expiration <br /> date for a period or periods not to exceed a total of lorte ( i ) <br /> three (3) years. Such request for extension shall be in <br /> writing and shall be submitted to the Planning Division prior <br /> to the expiration date. Upon the application hy the sub- <br /> divider to extend that map, the ma shall automatically be <br /> extended for sixty 60 days or until the application for the <br /> extension is approved, conditionally approved, or denied, <br /> whichever occurs first . If the review authority denies a <br /> subdivider ' s application for extension, the subdivider may <br /> appeal the decision within fifteen ( 15) days after the review <br /> authority has denied the extension; <br /> SECTION Section 9-9184 , Chapter 7 , Division 9, Title 9 , <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending <br /> Subseciton (b) to read as follows: <br /> (b) Expiration Date.
