The review authority may- grant an extension of the <br /> expiration date for a period or periods not to exceed a total <br /> of one ( t ) three (3) years. Such request for extension shall <br /> be in writing and shall be submitted to the Planning Divison <br /> prior to the expiration date. Upon the application j!y the <br /> subdivider to extend that map, the map shall automatically be <br /> extended for si_ xty 60 days or until the application for the <br /> extension is approved, conditionally approved, or denied, <br /> whichever occurs first_ . If a subdivider ' s application to <br /> extend the expiration date is denied by the review authority, <br /> the subdivider may appeal the decision within fifteen ( 15) <br /> days after the review authority has denied the extension. <br /> SECTION This ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of <br /> fifteen ( 15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once <br /> ( 1 ) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the <br /> names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and <br /> against the same. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of <br /> Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, on this <br /> day of 1988 , by the following vote of the <br /> Board of Supervisors, to wit : <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> WILLIAM N.
