SECTION _. Section 9-605.5, Chapter 9-605, Division 6 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (b) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-605.5 Special Use Regulations. In addition to the provisions of Sections 9-605.2 <br /> through 9-605.4, the following Special Use Regulations shall apply to the uses or use types <br /> specified below: <br /> (b) Farm Employee Housing. Up to four (-t) mobile homes or four (4) single familV dwellings, <br /> or any combination thereof, may be allowed per parcel for Farm Employee Housing, <br /> subject to the following: <br /> (1) For each sus#mobile home or single family dwelling unit,the minimum aggregate <br /> area of the parcel or parcels farmed in San Joaquin County by the owner- <br /> operator of the agricultural enterprise or his lessee shall be twenty (20) acres. <br /> This requirement may be modified by the Director for parcels used primarily for <br /> poultry farms or similar intensive agricultural activity. <br /> (2) In instances where single family dwellings are used as farm employee housing, <br /> rather than the use of mobile homes, such single-family dwellings shall be located <br /> on parcels used only for intensive agricultural uses, such as dairies or poultry <br /> farms, only. <br /> SECTION _. Section 9-610.7, Chapter 9-610, Division 6, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-610.7 Building 4#&4s#V Coverage. The percentage of the total area of any lot which <br /> may be occupied by buildings ad- strwctwres in the agricultural zones shall not exceed that set <br /> forth in Table 9-610.2. <br /> SECTION _. Table 9-610.2, Chapter 9-610, Division 6, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending building intensity to read as follows: <br /> Table 9-610.2 Standards for Minimum Lot Area &Width Yard Dimensions Height and Building <br /> 44ans4y Coverage <br /> Building 'Ateasity Coverage (%) <br /> SECTION _.
