Upon completion of the terms and conditions of a Conditional <br /> Zone Reclassification, the Director may deem the Conditional Zone Reclassification's <br /> terms and conditions fulfilled, if in the Director's judgment the following are true: <br /> (1) The reason for approving the Conditional Zone Reclassification no longer exists, <br /> (2) The area's compatibility of uses is ensured, <br /> The public health and safety is protected, and <br /> (4) The General Plan's internal consistency is maintained. <br /> Upon completion of the above,the Conditional Zone Reclassification designation shall be <br /> removed from the Zoning map and the Conditional Zone Table. <br /> TA-93-0001 - 6 - <br />
