Section 9-812.5, Chapter 9-812, Division 8, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: Section 9-812.5 Conditional Zone Reclassification. (c) Removal of Conditions. Upon completion of the terms and conditions of a Conditional Zone Reclassification, the Director may deem the Conditional Zone Reclassification's terms and conditions fulfilled, if in the Director's judgment the following are true: (1) The reason for approving the Conditional Zone Reclassification no longer exists, (2) The area's compatibility of uses is ensured, The public health and safety is protected, and (4) The General Plan's internal consistency is maintained.
