Section 9-405.4, Chapter 9-405, Division 4, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-405.4 Temporary Uses and Structures. Permitted, not permitted, and conditionally <br /> permitted temporary uses and structures are set forth in Table 9-405.4. Temporary uses or <br /> structures not specifically listed in Table 9-405.4 may be allowed, subject to approval of apse <br /> permit an Improvement Plan pursuant to Chapter 9-821 9-884. <br /> SECTION 7. Section 9-410.7, Chapter 9-405, Division 4, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-410.7 Building U#opriW Coverage. The percentage of the total area of any lot which <br /> may be occupied by buildings apd- stuustres in the commercial zones shall not exceed that set <br /> forth in Table 9-410.3. <br /> SECTION 8.
