SECTION 5. Table 9-310.3, Chapter 9-310, Division 3, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Building Intensity to read as follows: TABLE 9-310.3 Standards for Minimum Lot Size, Lot Width, Yard Dimensions, Height, and Building 1ptepsityCoverage R-R R-VI- R-L R-M R-MH R-H Building 'AWAsity Coverage N 30 30 30 40 60 60 SECTION 6. Section 9-405.4, Chapter 9-405, Division 4, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9-405.4 Temporary Uses and Structures. Permitted, not permitted, and conditionally permitted temporary uses and structures are set forth in Table 9-405.4. Temporary uses or structures not specifically listed in Table 9-405.4 may be allowed, subject to approval of apse permit an Improvement Plan pursuant to Chapter 9-821 9-884. SECTION 7. Section 9-410.7, Chapter 9-405, Division 4, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9-410.7 Building U#opriW Coverage. The percentage of the total area of any lot which may be occupied by buildings apd- stuustres in the commercial zones shall not exceed that set forth in Table 9-410.3. SECTION 8.
