SECTION 22. Table 9-710.2, Chapter 9-710, Division 7, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending building intensity to read as follows: <br /> TABLE 9-710.2 <br /> Standards for Minimum Lot Area & Width, Yard Dimensions, Height, and Building <br /> Coverage <br /> Other Zones <br /> P-F M-X <br /> Building Coverage (%) 60 100 <br /> SECTION 23. Section 9-812.5, Chapter 9-812, Division 8, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-812.5 Conditional Zone Reclassification. <br /> (c) Removal of Conditional Zoning. Upon completion of the terms and conditions of a <br /> Conditional Zone Reclassification, the Director may deem the terms and conditions of the <br /> Conditional Zone Reclassification fulfilled, if in the Director's judgement the following are <br /> true: <br /> (1) The reason for approving the Conditional Zone Reclassification no longer exists, <br /> (2) The compatibility of uses in the area is ensured, <br /> (3) Public health and safety is protected, and <br /> (4) The internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained. <br /> If the Director determines the terms and conditions have been satisfied, the Conditional <br /> Zone designation shall be removed from the Zoning Map and any listing of Conditional <br /> Zone Reclassifications. <br /> SECTION 24. Section 9-1020.5, Chapter 9-1020, Division 10, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby deleted. <br /> SECTION 25. Section 9-1020.6, Chapter 9-1020, Division 10, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1020.6 Requirements for Parking Areas. The following requirements shall apply to all <br /> open, off-street parking areas and off-street loading areas, including non-residential driveways: <br /> (a) Parking areas with more than twenty (20) stalls shall provide a minimum of five percent <br /> (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping <br /> along the street frontage. <br /> SECTION 26. Section 9-1020.7, Chapter 9-1020, Division 10, Tale 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by deleting Subsection (e). <br /> TA-93-1 -6- ORD # <br />
