At the meeting the current status and necessary next phase of investigation of each site was <br /> discussed. The City of Tracy agreed to submit work plans within 60 days from the date of the meeting, <br /> appropriate funds to conduct the required investigations in the fiscal budget beginning July 2008, and <br /> initiate field work in August 2008. <br /> Work Plans to conduct the required work at each site were received by the EHD within the agreed upon <br /> time frame, but the EHD has received no drilling permit applications, fees or notification that any of the <br /> required fieldwork has been scheduled. Please proceed with submittal of all necessary permit <br /> applications, fees and with scheduling the approved work.
