The site is vacant and is <br /> .r <br /> used for agricultural purposes.i Review of aerial photographs indicate the property has been undeveloped <br /> since the early 1960s. Aerial photographs are presented in Appendix A. Site reconnaissance photographs <br /> are presented in Appendix B. Locations from which the site reconnaissance photographs were taken are <br /> shown in Figure 2. <br /> 3.3 Adlacent Prorties <br /> The locations of adjacent properties discussed below are shown in Figure 2. The subject site is surrounded <br /> by fields. Highway 12 is approximately 100 feet north, and Thornton Road is approximately 25 feet west <br /> of the subject site. A Park-N-Ride is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Highway 12 and <br /> Thornton Road. A Texaco Truck and Auto PIaza and Mini Mart are located southwest of the subject site, <br /> across Thornton Road. Rocky's Restaurant is located on the south side of the Texaco station. Interstate <br /> .i <br /> 5 is located west of and runs parallel to Thornton Road. Adjacent to the east side of Rocky's Restaurant <br /> is a water tank and pump. A Chevron gasoline station is located approximately 300 feet south of the subject <br /> site.
