The pond is now dry and filled in. 3.5 Nearby Properties Review The subject site is located within the,city limits of Lodi, California. A survey of regulatory agency contaminated site lists was conducted to identify problem sites within a 1-mile- radius of the subject site. Results of the review are as follows: • EPA National Priorities List (NPL)of Hazardous Waste Sites (EPA Superfund),updated August 1990--There are currently no EPA Superfund sites within a 1-mile-radius of the subject site. • Expenditure Plan for,the Hazardous Substance Cleanup Bond Act of 1984(California Superfund), I updated January 1990--There are currently no California Superfund sites located within a 1-mile- radius of the subject site. • Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List (Cortese List)--There is a site named Charley Jacobs on the March 1990 Cortese List located at 13889 West Highway 12. This site had a tank leak.
