2 - <br /> (6) The pond shall provide permanent water <br /> storage with a minimum pond depth of <br /> six (61 ) feet and maximum pond depth <br /> of fifteen (151 ) feet. <br /> (7) The grading shall be in accordance <br /> with an approved Grading Permit per <br /> Section 9-1405. 2 <br /> (8) The property owner shall secure a <br /> performance bond or other financial <br /> security for a period of thirty-five <br /> (35) days after completion of the <br /> pond. The property owners shall also <br /> secure a maintenance bond for a period <br /> of one (1) year after completion of <br /> the pond. The amount of security <br /> shall be based on the engineer's <br /> estimate of the cost to restore the <br /> land to its original condition. The <br /> form of the bond or other financial <br /> security shall be found acceptable by <br /> County Counsel.
