(1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton,California 95201 <br /> c9�iFo'R��P <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> April 18 , 1990 <br /> T0: San Joaquin County Planning Division V(OD A4�jj-) <br /> FROM: Environmental Health Divisiori4)�- <br /> RE: GP-90-4/TA-89-16 <br /> Refer to our memo dated March 26 , 1990 concerning the referenced <br /> GP/TA. <br /> Based on information that the new County General Plan would allow <br /> one acre lots (RR44) with septic systems providing they are <br /> served by public water and drainage systems , Environmental Health <br /> could allow zoning to one acre minimum providing that the <br /> following conditions be applied . <br /> 1 . Drainage would be by a public system. <br /> 2 . Domestic water would be provided by a public system. <br /> 3 . The soil suitability study, as required by Section 9- <br /> 10100(c) would be done and approved indicating to what <br /> specific density can be developed without any negative <br /> impacts to ground water quality or other public health <br /> issues prior to any re-zoning or general plan <br /> amendments for rural residential zones (see last <br /> paragraph of our memo dated March 26, 1990) . <br /> 4 . The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> must be in concurrence with this GP/TA. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
