ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, RELATIVE TO CHAPTER 24, DIVISION 2 ; CHAPTER <br /> 3 , DIVISION 3 ; AND CHAPTER 7, DIVISION 6; CONCERNING SPECIAL <br /> PURPOSE PLANS, THE USE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM, AND THE COMMERCIAL- <br /> RECREATION ZONE. <br /> SECTION Chapter 24 is hereby added to Division 2 , Title <br /> 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, to read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 24 <br /> SPECIAL PURPOSE PLANS <br /> SECTIONS: <br /> 9-2400• INTENT <br /> 9-2401: TYPICAL USES <br /> 9-2402 : REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> 9-2403 : REVIEW PROCEDURES <br /> 9-2404 : DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> 9-2405: APPROVAL <br /> 9-2406: CONTENTS <br /> 9-2407 : SUBSEQUENT APPLICATIONS <br /> 9-2408 : LEGAL EFFECT OF ADOPTED PLAN <br /> SECTION 9-2400. INTENT. The intent of this Chapter is to <br /> provide for the preparation and adoption of Special Purpose <br /> Plans to facilitate implementation of the General Plan in <br /> parts of communities or larger areas. A Special Purpose Plan <br /> shall be used to provide a greater level of detail and more <br /> specific guidance than is contained in the General Plan. The <br /> need for a Special Purpose Plan typically would be identified <br /> during a pre-application conference or by other procedures <br /> initiated by the County. <br /> SECTION 9-2401. TYPICAL USES. Typical uses for Special <br /> Purpose Plans shall include, but not be limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> J�jj Commercial Recreation and Freeway Service Uses.
