shall be submitted to the Planning Division thirty (30) <br /> days prior to the date set for meeting the required <br /> conditions. <br /> Lb1 Automatic Extensions. Upon receipt of the application <br /> for extension, the Special Purpose Plan shall <br /> automatically be extended until the application for <br /> extension is approved, conditionally approved, or denied. <br /> SECTION 9-2405. APPROVAL. Prior to approving an application <br /> for a Special Purpose Plan, the Board of Supervisors shall <br /> determine that the Special Purpose Plan is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan. <br /> SECTION 9-2406. CONTENTS. All Special Purpose Plans shall <br /> contain a map of the area to be affected by the plan and text <br /> which describes the plans for said area. The level of detail <br /> may be specific or conceptual , as appropriate. In addition, <br /> plans may include any or all of the following: <br /> _Lq_l Land Use and Standards. The location of and standards <br /> for land uses, structures, and facilities; <br /> _(b) Transportation Standards. The location of and standards <br /> for streets, roads, and other transportation facilities; <br /> (c)_ Improvements and Standards. The phasing, financing, and <br /> location of, and standards for, sewage treatment, water, <br /> and storm drainage facilities or other improvements; <br /> _(d)_ Natural Resource Standards. Standards for the <br /> conservation, development, and use of natural resources; <br /> and <br /> _(e.)_ Environmental Impact Mitigation. Standards and measures <br /> for mitigating environmental impacts of area development. <br /> SECTION 9-2407 . SUBSEQUENT APPLICATIONS. If uses and issues <br /> in an application for a Special Purpose Plan have been <br /> addressed in a prior plan, the subsequent application may be <br /> processed as a permitted use with an improvement plan. <br /> SECTION 9-2408. LEGAL EFFECT OF ADOPTED PLAN. All <br /> improvements and land uses shall be consistent with an adopted <br /> Special Purpose Plan. Once adopted, plans shall remain in <br /> effect until amended or rescinded by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> SECTION Section 9-3200. 7 , Chapter 3 , Division 3 , Title <br /> 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> TA-89-18 - 3 - (4-8-91) <br />
