SECTION 9-2405. APPROVAL. Prior to approving an application for <br /> a Special Purpose Plan, the Board of Supervisors shall determine <br /> that the Special Purpose Plan is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan. <br /> SECTION 9-2406. CONTENTS. All Special Purpose Plans shall contain <br /> a map of the area to be affected by the plan and text which <br /> describes the plans for said area. The level of detail may be <br /> specific or conceptual, as appropriate. In addition, plans may <br /> include any or all of the following: <br /> (a) Land Use and Standards. The location of and standards for <br /> land uses, structures, and facilities; <br /> (b) Transportation Standards. The location of and standards for <br /> streets, roads, and other transportation facilities; <br /> (c) Improvements and Standards. The phasing, financing, and <br /> location of, and standards for, sewage treatment, water, and <br /> storm drainage facilities or other improvements; <br /> (d) Natural Resource Standards. Standards for the conservation, <br /> development, and use of natural resources; and <br /> (e) . Environmental Impact Mitigation. Standards and measures for <br /> mitigating environmental impacts of area development. <br /> SECTION 9-2407 SUBSEOUENT APPLICATIONS. If uses and issues in an <br /> application for a Special Purpose Plan have been addressed in a <br /> prior plan, the subsequent application may be processed as a <br /> permitted use with an improvement plan. <br /> SECTION 9-2408. LEGAL EFFECT OF ADOPTED PLAN. All improvements <br /> and land uses shall be consistent with an adopted Special Purpose <br /> Plan. Once adopted, plans shall remain in effect until amended or <br /> rescinded by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> SECTION 2 . Section 9-3200.7, Chapter 3 , Division 3 , Title 9, of <br /> the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> SECTION 9-3200.7 . COMMERCIAL USE TYPES. The commercial use types <br /> include the distribution and sale or rental of goods and the <br /> provision of services other than those classified as Agricultural, <br /> Civic, or Industrial/Extractive use types. The Commercial use <br /> types consist of the following described use types: <br /> (a) Agricultural Sales. Sale of feed, grain, beans, seeds, <br /> fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural chemicals, and similar <br /> raw farm products and farm supplies. Typical uses include <br /> feed and grain stores. Excluded are livestock sales and uses <br /> classified under Produce Sales and Nursery Sales; <br /> TA-89-18 -3- ORD #3609 <br />
